I started the buying process from 800 miles away. I didn't have a realtor in Texas. Tanga was assigned to me by her brokerage. I was upfront about how we would be virtually buying our home and she was up for the challenge. Tanga set up automatic alerts to help us find homes in our desired areas and we were immediately notified when new listings were available. Within a few short weeks we found a home. Tanga virtually showed us the home and we put in our offer. She helped us put together an aggressive offer which was accepted. Throughout the entire process, Tanga has been an excellent communicator. Her realty group helped us set up utilities before our move which was very helpful. An issue did arise with the seller and Tanga was able to help advocate for us and point us in the right direction to get our issue resolved. We appreciate everything she has done for us.
